About the role
As a Customer Success Specialist, you will
- Serve as the main point of contact for new and existing clients
- Guide clients through onboarding and product setup
- Provide ongoing support by phone, email, and chat
- Troubleshoot client issues and collaborate with our internal team
- Help improve our process by sharing feedback and ideas
